Kowhai Nelson/Tasman has been proudly owned and operated by All Bricks & Roofing Ltd, T/A Kowhai Nelson, since 2017.

Owner Tim Nicholls, who grew up in Christchurch, is an experienced concrete tile roofer with a strong background in the roofing industry.

Tim successfully ran a roof painting business for 16 years before securing a major contract to supply roof tiles and bricks for a large Ryman Healthcare development in Nelson. From there, he expanded his expertise into metal tile roofing and, to complete his service offering, took on the Kowhai Nelson/Tasman franchise.

Today, Tim leads a team of six, providing a full range of services from moss treatments, roof cleaning, and recoating to leak repairs, maintenance, reroofing, and scaffolding.

Safety is as important as versatility for Tim’s team. They hold an impressive array of credentials, including SiteWise, Site Safe, Safety in Action, Working at Heights, Ropes and Harness, and First Aid certifications, and they are Licensed Building Practitioners.

Kowhai Nelson/Tasman proudly services the region from Whangamoa to Collingwood and south to Maruia.
